My Thoughts on These few months in Work

Category: By Han Fei
Weather
cloudy yet HOT.

MOOD
moody and depressed and bored to death.

------------------------------

… …

I finally stopped work from that place and that company.

Weird though… I wasn’t as sad as I expected, just some regrets about not being to say good bye to each and every one of them that had been with me in my path of learning the World.

Maybe because I’m kinda fed up with my new colleague who just came in here to work since April.
Yep I dislike her or rather RESENT.
Why?
She’s the girl friend to my senior (who’s kinda OVERLY protective of her girlfriend, he’s a good guy and when you in trouble you called him he would definitely answer your distress help). She’s very missy and fragile, never stop complaining about how good her previous job with Berjaya is and the most disgusted part is that she thought that I’m very close with her… and had the tendency to like stick to me, like naturally leaned on my shoulder and comes very close to me when curios of what game I was playing with my mobile. Maybe because I’m her only colleague there.
Still, I severely feel disgusted. Mainly because I don’t feel close to her, not at all… and I don’t really enjoy talking to her… …oh how I missed my ex-colleague who had left the company to pursue her studies at Masterskill…sigh… …

And, even though she’s 1 year older than me…
She and ‘hubby’ always reach late, leave early when she was new to the company. And that kinda pissed me off. I felt it’s not fair that you can do that! But still I kept quiet; I don’t want to be the one who sprung any more politics amongst the company.
Eventually I get over with it, when they come and left together I rather not look at them only when they truly leave I waved my hands and bid good-bye.

Thank God I left her forever.
… …
… …
… …
… …
Still, she’s in my friend list.

Hah.
--------

Other than that….
I learned many things especially about human nature when it comes down to their own benefits. I saw many faces of people especially the customer though they come and go some leaving a deep impression while others left without trace in my mind.
I met more pathetic and disgusted humans (Customers and Company Admins alike) than those who are nice at least at initial contact (Co-workers, other company promoters and maybe some customers).
I feel kind of disappointed with human nature that I seen in this part of the society.
It feels as though I had to be a part of them to survive in this overly sophisticated society maybe because of that I become more materialistic and realistic, those who I deemed potential-less I would not go even to serve that person and waste me time.
Yes, I now understand why some promoters acted so un-caring when some people ask them stuffs… because they know that the possibilities of these people buying their stuff is close to zero, some might say you should try after all like you said it’s not zero.
DUDE!
You think we have THAT much energy to serve each and every nothing-to-do-ask-for-fun-while-waiting-for-wife/husband-in-the-toilet (or knowledge)?
Hmph.

Another thing that I see was that the politics or inner struggle would rise no matter what company you’re in even if it’s like my tiny ex-company.
I guess as long there are more than 1 person conflict would definitely rise.
To me, my manager, seniors and the customer support person in charge they all gave me the fox wearing multiple masks. Heh.
With each and everyone you interact you has to be very careful as not to leaked one’s side information to the other side and then to be deemed TRAITOR, but come to think of it, this scenario also occur in my school life… …even now amongst my friends.

Haha.
Pathetic isn’t it?
----------------

Now…I wonder… … with my 5 nearly-month employment at this place, did I leave a deep impression to those who were surrounding my place, or just another nobody came like a gentle wind and goes without any trace?

But if I truly want to compare with my other ex-school-mates, it seemed what I done was nothing comparing to theirs. They seemed to find their JOY every moment they have with those youngsters. They are well appreciated. Hah.
Good for them.

The only thing is I did learn some society ‘manners’ basics. Heh.
How to promote one’s product, and kinda manipulate their weakness to greed to archive the goal. Hopefully my skill won’t deteriorate.

And hey, look on the good side, I gotta go to shopping mall everyday and pick up some free stuffs(like estee lauder and DKNY samples) along the way. Heh.
------------
There’s one more thing that pisses me off badly is those who promised to visit me at my working place, NEVER come. Eventhough only few of them did not come, but…… YOU GUYS SUCK!

Yes I’m in a not-so-good mood as I write this crappy piece of crap.

p.s.
I’m will be at Chiang Mai for the next 6 days.
SO don’t bother sms me or expect me to reply you on msn.

Left Behind

SO many things had happened in the past 4 months, yet I was no longer involved with those events anymore, no, not with them anyway. It was as though I’m getting further and further away from all these related occasions.
Maybe because we’re no longer striving for the same goal, we had REALLY parted ways since then. Those things that we once shared in common were nothing but memories etched quietly in our mind slowly yet surely sinking into our subconscious mind.
That’s why I felt so far away even when I’m just beside them. Maybe I’m the only one that is unconsciously secluding myself from them, after all there’s so much to talk and yet, we don’t talk much when we really and finally have the chance to speak face to face. Just like today, all them see was my darkened expression and bad attitude, or even a shift in personality.
They may felt that I had changed. Maybe I am.
Or maybe they don’t even sense a change.
… …
Maybe I’m not.
Hmph. It doesn’t matter.
The time with you all is now but a part of my Time Chronicles.
That’s Time had passed and That Time’s Chronicle is drawing to an end. In turn a New Time is slowly replacing That Time along with the feelings that I once had when I’m drawn in with That Time’s relationship and interactions. Now when I’m back at those relationships and interactions, I felt something was amiss.
Meeting them all again indeed stirring up those emotions and feeling, but this alone was not enough.

Sigh…

To them maybe I had indeed matured in a way and become darker in both personality and thinking. To be honest the only thing I can feel when I’m with them IS left behind.

When you read you might find this rather depressing and bizarre, but this is the only way I can express thru words here.

Things changed, nothing is forever. I guess that was a part of growing up. An unavoidable plan design by Father Time to all living beings.

Inspiration to write this depressing post
My ex-form 6 classmates were having a gathering/birthday celebration for one of them. I ditched my job and went out to meet with them during my break time.
The time with them was brief, and yet that feeling was strong.

FEbuary 2 2008

SHift time
2p.m. - 10p.m.

Budget spent
RM5

Met:
1. Wee Yew who came to visit me during dinner break.
2. An 'old' neighbour from my childhood who happens to work at OSIM which located jsut beside my counter.
3. Mary, a part time panasonic promoter.

--------------------

Today... ...Suck.
It's been a whole week since i did any sales.

I'm so dead right now.
My colleague have at least did 5 sales for that long whole week, while i... ... oh man, i can't bear to think what will happen to me if i don't have any sales, by this busy and crowded weekend.
SO far life's quite entertaining here at Mid Valley. THere too much things to observe and yet so little sales to do. You could say i spent most of my working time crapping rubbish with the promoters there, while helping my bored to dead self out at the OSIM counter by tampering with tehir products like uPAPA, uROBIC, etc.

Boring~

Promoter again

Category: By Han Fei
I promised myself that i never wanted to touch this job again and yet, i still ended up as one.
Well at least as this company promoter, the people would have the slightest interest at those only 2 products are mostly educated people who understand what's a negative ion.

Oh yeah, i haven't officially introduced my company.

Medklinn

The MedKlinn Group of Companies develops and markets air and water sterilizing equipment worldwide, using German patented NTP technologies. This technology, which has been marketed for more than six years, creates massive amounts of negative ions. Our products, utilizing this leading-edge technology has received
the stringent German “GS” and “TUV” certification for electrical safety and ozone emission below the hazardous level of 0.05ppm set by the- World Health Organization.

MedKlinn is committed to marketing equipment that is of the highest quality and durability. And more importantly, we are dedicated to ensuring that our customers worldwide are fully satisfied with our products. It is our hope that more people will discover the immense benefits of our technology as a chemical and drug-free way to improve their health.

MedKlinn, in collaboration with a leading medical research institution, has successfully proven that our product is highly effective in killing bacteria, viruses and fungus. It is also highly effective in eliminating all kinds of odor, reducing air-borne dust particles and allergens. Our product provides a cost effective way for people all around the world to benefit from cleaner air, whether at home, work or play.

Well this is what they wrote anyway.

and the products are Air sterilliser or as i would call them as inoiniser with non-themal plasma technology from germany. Not the pin technology one which was oout in the market for almost 3- 4 decades.
HaH!
The good thing about this job is that, i don't need to lie often to make them buy, i just telling the truth about it's benefits and maybe abit bit of it disadvantage.
To buy or not to buy, that's their decision though i still need to convince them.
For the 1st few weeks, there are lotsa of poeple who will just come to our counter by their own will and i just need to say a few stuff from the brocher and DONE, they bought them. Yeap them, not it.

But then things changed.
STarting last week, sales plunged. Chinese no longer shop the floor my company booth locating, instead they are now shopping at women/clothes/market department busy preparing themslesevle for the coming chinese new year.
Thus only Malyas and Indians are walking the Jusco Top floor now with albeit of chinese window shopper, whom are not interested in getting them. YOu can actually judge by their look as they walk by. SO this whole week, my job is sending out brocher to passerby. My skills to crap and boast about our company products deterioted. I stammered as i explained. Haih, what can i do?

Then there was a suppoed to be agood news for me, but now it's a bad news: We gonna have an exhibition for home appliciant starting from 24th to 27th of Jan at the MV exhibition Hall. Now no one even bothered to visit this tiny little counter in Jusco, they all went up and buy stuff from the big crowded and somewhat luxurious temporary booth there. ANd i have the chance to stand there for 4 hours along with some Managers of the comapny and seniors, kinda stress.
What if i dont preform well?
Plus Commsission is judge by half month sales basis. from 16th to now, our comssion is only 0.5%....how sad is that?

...........

..........

I gotta end this article. I gotta go to church now. SIgh...sien....

GUess Who!

Today while i was on my way back to my working after a brief dinner break, i saw someone very familiar walking towards me, way too familiar....that face...., due to that time i was not wearing glasses, well i don't wear them often anyway( i had a hunch that i know her), she passed by me, while i kept staring at her, soon she too realised that someone was staring at her, she in turn stared back at me. She stopped.
She smiled, at that moment i knew i was right, i did know her!
In fact i never thought i would meet her in such circumstances, i thought she had went back to Australia to continue her studies!
Guess who?
Erin...Hahaha...!
Though it felt kinda weird to see her there.
We had a very very brief reunion.
She looked like she's having a fun time shopping with her sis, While i was having my bored to death time at my working place/counter/booth (located at the top floor of Jusco just beside the Osim counter), Due to the fact that there was a exhibition at the exhibition hall with my company counter there selling the product at a much lower price, who wouldn't go there?
Plus our products main targets are Chinese only Chinese would have the time to check out the health product while malays....sigh...indians lagi hard to entertain.
Recently CNY's coming and the chinese are all busy buying CNY stuffs at lower ground, would would wanna come to buy some home applicants?
So you can imagine how was these day...bored to day, even my smile froze till my cheeks muscle sore. Don't have the mood to smile That often to the passer by anymore.
Sad, huh?
The only thing that can entertain me is to kacau the workers of other booths.
Osim couple, Panasonic chicks, Ultra-ease water filter and nesk promoters.

Sigh...
Looking at Erin reminds of me the GOLDEN days while i was a customer, now i'm a salve promoter under the eyes of the bull dogs(jusco guards, need to see their face colour, not to forget the customers too.
Luckily not customer are RUDE, UN-Educated, there are some intereing passer by too, such as tourists from China, they can't speak English and always needed my help ( since i have no customer) at the panasonic booth since most of them are Malays while pretty chicks only work on weekends. It was fun to feel that i'm much more Superior than them both. Hahahaha...

Oh yeah, Wee Yew is also working at MV but in carefour, but he did come visit me, heh, felt kinda awkward. Yet I'm too lazy to go visit him. Carefour seemed to far....plus i need to go out from the jusco staff entrance....tired and lazy la....

As you all should know by now that i been searching jobs online and playing ps2 like never before since class trip was over.
I used the Jobstreet to apply some jobs with jobstreet format's resume. I thought it was pretty useless since it was as though no one want to even see my resume since poeple who have similar qualification was out in the open and can be found jsut anywhere.

Apparently, there are some poeple who ACTUALLy read my resume! Woohoo!
I just now went for an interview at MidValley for a job selling air fresheners in Jusco under the company name Medklinn.
That guy wants me to work ASAP.
Then i just receive another interview request at Taman Sea Which is much closer than MV but no shopping mall... this one i no need to wporry about transport or shift time but... the interview next wednesday... now i can decide whether to accept the job or wait for the interview... ...oh man...head pain...lazy to think about it now...think later, i will call the guy...
